Apple HDTV Might Hit the Market by Q4,2012

Bangalore: Apple’s HDTV has been a hot topic among the gadget enthusiast. The rumors about Apple making HDTV have been doing the rounds every once and a while. Whenever Apple launches a product there are whispers about when the HDTV will be out in the market.

The rumors about the HDTV have become intense as certain news has come to light. A report has made its way to 21cbh.com which says that Hon Hai, Apple’s manufacturing partner is scheduled to receive LCD panels designed for the Apple HDTV by the third quarter of 2012. This news forms a solid foundation to the fact that the market might see the launch of Apple HDTV by the fourth quarter of 2012 which would perfectly coincide with the Christmas holiday season.

In the month of May there was a report that Foxconn had been approached by Apple to build and work on the HDTV. The device is said to be in the trial production stage right now. Another factor that led to the rise in the rumors was the information that was revealed in late Steve Job’s biography that said that he had finally cracked it. The TV could be anywhere around 32 to 55-inches and will come with features like FaceTime which will use the iSight camera, Siri, Apple’s voice recognition app and the TV will look like Apple’s Cinema Display. All these apps use the iOS operating system, so it wouldn’t be wrong if we said that the Apple HDTV would run on iOS.

One thing that can be said about the rumors is that they have been very consistent. With the recent activities that came to light a lot of analysts believe that we can expect an announcement regarding the launch of the HDTV soon and if everything goes well we might even have the TV in the market by the end of this year or the beginning of the next.
