Android 4.1 Jelly Bean Update Back For Galaxy S III

Bangalore: Due to some technical reasons, Samsung had stopped the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system update for Galaxy S III. But now they have restated the updates. The users can access the new updated via the Samsung Kies software.

While updating the operating system over-the-air (OTA) a lot of user faced problems and they could not update the software.

Updating the operating system is very easy and all that the user needs to do is check if the update is available in the phone settings.

As in all cases Android 4.1 was designed to be better than its predecessor, Ice Cream Sandwich and rectify all the mistakes of the past. The voice typing feature has been spruced up and it works faster than before and it also works without a data connection as well.

Another welcome feature in the new update is that the number of languages that one can type text in has increased.  The new update comes with 18 new languages which include the likes of Hindi, Persian, Thai and many Indian languages like Kannada, Telegu and Malayalam.

So it’s time for all the S III users’ world over to upgrade their operating system to the next level and then wait for the update from Google.
