4. Asus Vivo Tab – The Interesting Tablet

Asus is porting their famous detachable laptop-tablet hybrid design to Windows device with their upcoming Vivo Tab XT and Vivo Tab RT.

The Vivo Tab will run on Windows 8 and sports an 11.6-inch screen having 1366-by-768 resolution. The device will be powered by Intel Atom processor, 2 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. It will also have 8-megapixel rear camera, 2-megapixel front camera and a stylus.

The Windows RT version of the tablet will be dubbed as Vivo Tab RT and will be powered by a Tegra 3 quad-core processor. This version will be much lighter, sleeker and cheaper than the above model. Vivo Tab RT will feature 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of storage and the same cameras.

Both Vivo Tab XT and Vivo Tab RT will have docking stations which include keyboards, trackpads and extra batteries. The price and availability of these devices are not disclosed yet.
