The phone comes with an upgrade of features like a heart rate sensor, 4K video recording, a fingerprint scanner and is waterand dust-resistant. 
It sports a 5.1-inch full HD Super AMOLED display and runs on the Android 4.4.2 (KitKat). The phone   is powered by a 2.5 GHz quad-core Snapdragon processor with 2GB of RAM. The Galaxy S5 features a 16MP rear camera with LED Flash and a front-facing one of 2.1MP.
