Flagship Killer OnePlus 2 Hits The Indian Shelves At 24,999




BANGALORE: Oneplus launched its highly anticipated Smartphone Oneplus Two today. The Oneplus 2 has two variants, a 16 GB and a 64GB priced at 22,999 and 24,999 respectively, reports Hindustantimes.

The hardware of the phone is quiet powerful and the operating system is still the Oxygen OS. The display is a 5.5-inch full HD (1920x1080) IPS LCD in-cell, and this variant is based on the latest Android version, Lollipop 5.1.

The phone features dual-SIM slots and runs on a v64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, one of the fastest mobile processors in the world right now. The Phone has a rear camera of 13MP and a front camera of 5MP with a massive 3,300 mAh battery.

However, the major highlight is the finger print scanner that the phone has it at similar to that of the Apple iPhone but the company claims it to be better than Apple’s touchID. The OnePlus 2 also features the USB-C port, which is currently available on the Apple’s Macbook and Google's latest Pixel chromebook.

The successor of OnePlus One is the first Smartphone to feature USB-C port that is you can insert the charger or data cable into the phone in any way irrespective of reverse plug. The phone will be available now in the 64 GB variant from August 11 (invitation only), while the 16GB variant will go on sale later this year.
