1. Poor Battery life-need a recharge 3 times a day.
2. The camera sucks- zoom and the picture pixilates.3.The voice quality poor.4. The battery died in 6 months.5. The battery swelled and phone bloated.6.service center takes 40 days to change battery

LAVA XOLO (owners are RAI from UP) are SCAMSTERS
Pros:
all that glitters is not gold
Cons:
The phone is bad. Customer service is a SCAM. They will not refund you money, will not write back to you and will LOOT YOUR MONEY AND THE PHONE. I HAVE BURNT MY FINGERS
Summary:
The phone will heat up and too much. And if you are using Skype or a game it will FRY the mother board. Then you will seek to go to the service center. Their service center is in DELHI. They will tell you that a courier will come an pick it up for you but the sad story is that they will never come soon... you will have to wait for a month. Now if you happen to closeby any service center nearby then, they will make a ride of you. Not only you will not get back your product but you will be mislead, lied to and harassed. You will not only not get back your phone repaired, you will be purposefully delayed (so that your remaining warranty will be short). My phone was neither repaired, nor replaced, nor was I refunded. I was harassed for over a month and I was without a phone all this time.
