Roles & Responsibilities:
? Understanding the Requirements.
? Having meetings with the LMs, Panelists to know the feedback of the candidates and improve sourcing based on the discussions.
? Posting and sourcing candidates through various - Job sites,social networking sites etc
? Preliminary screening/short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement.
? Conduct initial HR interview (Telephonic) to check communication Skills, interest levels, etc.
? Scheduling Technical Interviews and follow up on the feedbacks.
? Coordinating with the Technical Panels and scheduling for Interviews.
? Organizing for walk-in, schedule interviews, weekend drives.
? Conducting HR interviews.
? Finalizing the compensation with the candidates.
? Closing the positions within the stipulated time.
? Following up with the candidate after the offer is made till they come on board.
