3. Entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, hiring, negotiation, post offer follow up.

Job Description for Sales Trainee – (Night Shift)
1. Build up the relationship with existing clients.
2. Make compelling proposal in response to incoming enquiries.
3. Conduct interactive demos through web and other available resources.
4. To acquire new business in USA in IT staffing.
5. Negotiate commercial, agreement terms and seal the deal.
6. Proactively and strategically initiate contact with discovered potentials.
7. To work in close co-ordination with sales and recruitment team.
8. Responsible for the development and account management of new business with in US market.

Sr. Recruiter/Recruiter/Trainee Recruiter - US staffing (Night Shift)*
1. For fresher's, there is no experience is required.
2. Experience candidate must have 1- 2 years of experience in recruiting resources and interacted with US clients for their job requirements.
3. Extensive experience of Internet Recruiting for candidates and industry leads, pre-screening to quality potential candidates, lead generation by client promoting advertisements (job posting, e-mail, etc.)
4. Involved online with US requirement to find exact match of consultants through searching on websites
5. Knowledge and background in IT contract staffing and consulting services industry is must
6. Prior experience in dealing with consultants on (H1B, W2, etc.) Visas
7. Extensively used Web Technology for Posting Resumes on behalf of sales person as well as consultants on different websites to help counterpart in USA
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
9. Work independently and self motivated
10. Strong interpersonal skills & work ethics
