We are a retail chain of home furnishing stores in California USA that has recently set up its Mumbai branch to manage the US activities. In our fast paced environment, there is plenty of opportunity to learn the business from grounds up. The positions and opportunities here give you the learning and experience of a “practical MBA”.
During your first year, you will actively participate in a enhancing our US sales and marketing activities. You will do this by assisting in training and evaluating US sales staff, and consulting with customers over phone. As you progress, you will be tested and evaluated to determine your proficiency in each/all of these areas. Successful completion of these evaluations will result in rewards, exceptional pay increases and the opportunity for continued promotions in your area of expertise.
