- Answering inbound calls
- Booking tickets/reservations, answering customer queries, proper resolution for customer complaints, reissuing tickets.
- Documentation of calls.
- Attend Briefing /Debriefing /Team Meetings.
- No fix shift, work in rotational shifts.
- For women employees no night shift, last shift ends by 11.00 pm and shifts are rotational.
Desired Profile
- Minimum Qualification 10+2 completed.
- Minimum 6 months experience in any voice process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in 24*7 environment with rotational shifts.
- Airline experience is an additional advantage but not mandatory.
- IATA/UTFAA certification will be an additional advantage. Please have sufficient time with you for the complete recruitment process as it needs 3 to 4 hours
