- Monitor R2K customer’s problem tracking system for new service requests and provide second level troubleshooting support and problem resolution.
- Support the Development Team in migration and deployment
- Manage escalation of issues to R2K engineering staff or 3rd party product vendors as required
- Deploy change requests/vendor product upgrades to customer’s test and production environments
- Perform general maintenance of customer’s test and production environments

Required skills:
- A first class bachelors degree OR
- Diploma in computer applications from any recognized institute
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Aptitude and attitude towards customer problems and their solutions
- Must be a fast learner
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be good in MS Office and Excel
- - Knowledge of Networking MS SQL Server is not mandatory but will be highly desirable
