Markets Open On A Positive Note


 MUMBAI: The 30-scrip Sensitive Index (Sensex) on Wednesday opened on a positive note during the morning session of the trade.

The Sensex of the BSE after opening at 29,452.86 points and touched a high of 29,468.85 and a low of 29,414.73 points.

On Tuesday the Sensex closed at 29,442.63 points.

The Sensex is trading at 29,417.60 points down by 25.03 points or 0.09 per cent.

On the other hand the broader 51-scrip Nifty at National Stock Exchange (NSE) opened at 9,086.85 points after closing at 9,087.00 points.

The Nifty is trading at 9,084.50 points in the morning.
