Key Indian Equity Indices Trade Flat


MUMBAI: Key Indian equity market indices opened flat on Tuesday following global cues.

The 30-scrip Sensitive Index (Sensex) was trading 13.09 points or 0.05 pct lower during the early session.

The wider 51-scrip Nifty of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) was trading 0.75 points or 0.01 pct higher at 8,805.80 points.

The BSE Sensex, which opened at 28,386.12 points, was trading at 28,338.53 points (at 9.16 a.m.) in the early session, lower 13.09 points or 0.05 pct from the previous day's close at 28,351.62 points.

The Sensex touched a high of 28,386.68 points and a low of 28,329.28 points in the trade so far.
