Four Stocks Worth Investing in 2012


Bangalore: As the current financial year is all set to end, market analysts have already started to figure out which companies would do better to invest in 2012-2013. Experts say though 2011-2012 was disappointing, the next financial year can be much better.

There are primarily two reasons for this hope; high inflation and interest rates are not affecting India I, at least not at this point of time and the RBI has also cut down the cash reserve ratio (CRR), which shows a positive move towards the growth rather than inflation.

Since the market is weak now, there is a lack of interest in investing in stocks. Hence experts say that investors can get stocks for cheap. Eventually the stock value can drastically rise in future as the market cycle may change.

"Concentrate on companies with a high quality of governance; it should be believable when the actual turnaround happens," says Girish Nadkarni, Executive Director and Head (ECM) of Avendus Capital, as quoted by ET.

ET has brought out the best four stocks to invest in 2012. They have listed these stocks by analyzing their market capitalization which is minimal of 500 crore, and stocks which has an average daily traded turnover of 50 lakh. These profitable stocks are as follows:
