Entertainment network fall by 7 percent


Bangalore: Entertainment Network stock was among the top losers after its price had fallen by 7 percent. After opening the day at 261.50, the stock touched its 52 week high of 275.55, before closing trade at 260.10, with a loss of 7 percent. Through the day, 271306 shares of Entertainment Network were traded in the market with the P/E ratio of 217.07. The 52 week stock price chart is on the left. Entertainment Network operates in the radio broadcasting segment, out-of-home media segment and experiential marketing segment. It has three business segments: Radio Broadcasting, Events and Outdoors. Radio broadcasting segment consists of activities relating to airtime sales. Under this segment, ENIL operates frequency modulation (FM) radio broadcasting stations under the Radio Mirchi brand through 32 stations across 14 states. The Events segment consists of activities relating to management of events. The Outdoors segment comprises activities relating to advertising on bus queue shelters, light emitting diode, metro stations and flyovers. Its subsidiaries include Alternate Brand Solutions, which is engaged in the business of event management/ experiential marketing under the brand and style 360 Degree, and Times Innovative Media Limited, which is engaged in the business of Out-of-Home (OOH) media under the brand and style Times OOH.
