The government today fixed a price band of Rs. 64 - Rs. 70 per equity share for raising up to Rs.60 crores. The issue has received bids for 1.07 crore equity shares as against issue size of 93.75 lakh shares, supported by retail and non-institutional investors. The market lot is 95 shares and the face value is Rs.10 per equity share.Midvalley is a film production, distribution and exhibition company, actively engaged in the media and entertainment industry in South India. It has presence in the media and entertainment activity from concept to completion i.e. from script to screen. It produces, distribute and exhibit movies both in Indian and foreign languages.The lead managers are Unigold Pacific, Global Motion Pictures & Ventures and Kiara Enigma.
