At GE Capital International Services a subsidiary of General Electric and the pioneer of BPO in India Sunisha helped set up the first Sales Centre of Excellence for the company. After almost 10 years with GE a new chapter started with Aegis an Essar Global Enterprise, the parent company of Aegis. Today, Sunisha leads Pan India and Srilanka Training function for almost 24000 employees spread across 14 locations. She has been instrumental in setting up the training function and facilitating Aegis growth engine, by hiring and training almost 3000 employees every month.
