Note Booking Deadline:
The booking of the stall will be accepted on first come first serve basis as the number of stall are limited and the booking has already opened from 20th Oct 2008. Profile of your institution will not be included in supplementary edition if booked after 15th Jan 2009.

Booth Setup
All the exhibitors need to setup their stalls before 9:00am.

Visitors Timing:
9:30am to 5:30pm
