Bipin Chandra

Bipin Pendyala is currently Vice President & Site Manager at CA India Technology Center in Hyderabad (www.CA.com). Bipin manages Site Vitality initiative and oversees employee engagement and volunteer activities. He is responsible for support and operations of engineering tools and infrastructure and is also responsible for SI partner relationship and CA Brand and relationship with industry/ professional associations and government. Prior to CA Technologies, Bipin was COO and Board Member with Knoah Solutions. Under his leadership, Knoah got recognition as a Global Top 100 Outsourcer by International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) in 2006 & 2008, and ranked 3rd in Employee Satisfaction in IDC DataQuest Survey, 2008. Prior to Knoah, Bipin was GM at PortalPlayer (now part of nVidia Graphics) and also held senior management and engineering positions with Mahindra-British Telecom (currently Tech-Mahindra) and SoftSol. Prior to the corporate career, Bipin was a Commissioned Officer in the Indian Air Force and worked on Surface to Air Missiles, Surveillance Radars and Electronic Warfare.
