Prakash Dadlani

A seasoned professional, for the last 17 years, has been associated with a mix of Indian and multinational set ups driving excellence in the marketing domain. Prakash started his career at ORG MARG (now AC Nielsen in India) in the qualitative research division. Moved to the quant side and then for 9 years handled several positions in the Castrol, British Petroleum Group. These included roles in research, marketing and sales before moving on to a Global Research Manager Role spanning over 30 countries. He also worked for some time with the Future Group India’s largest Modern Format Retail organisation as Head – Customer Insights He then moved on to the Godrej Group where he oversaw Consumer Behavior and Innovation part as part of the Strategic Marketing Group which spans across FMCG, Durables, Furniture, Security Solutions and Heavy Engineering. Currently he heads the Marketing Excellence Function in 3M India which globally has 55,000 products spanning across B2B and B2C Industries and is known for its excellence in the area of Innovation.

Abhimanyu Lal heads Category Management at eBay India, where he is responsible for evangelizing to new entrepreneurs & brands and helping them scale their online business. He is also the Business Head for eBay Motors. Till recently Abhimanyu headed the Marketing function at eBay India and was responsible for provoking eCommerce trial & building the brand. In a span of 6 years with eBay India, Abhimanyu has contributed to various functions, from heading the Strategy functionto Retention Marketing, Retail Exports and the Technology Categories. Before joining eBay, Abhimanyu spent 5 years in management consulting across a diverse spectrum of industries (Telecom, Power, Financial Services etc.) and practices (strategy formulation, process improvement, credit risk management etc.) at Andersen Business Consulting and the Tata Strategic Management Group.
Purnima Menon

Purnima took over as the Head of Marketing for Infosys BPO in July 2007. She has over fifteen years of experience in marketing and corporate communications in the telecom and IT sectors, spanning brand management, direct marketing, global events and campaign management, media relations and public affairs, internal communications, and crisis communications. Under her leadership, the Infosys BPO team has won several awards for branding excellence including the Infosys Awards for Excellence, the CMO Asia Award, etc. Purnima prefers to be known as a direct marketing specialist with experience in B2B services marketing and IT solutions marketing. Her prior experience includes marketing stints in Avaya, Tata Telecom, and Daewoo Motors. Her specializations include marketing process re-engineering, global campaign management, marketing analytics and operations, and leading strategic communications programs. She graduated from the Delhi School of Economics and completed an executive education course from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. Purnima has also completed a certificate program in training and mentorship from the University of Auckland. Earlier, Thennavan worked as a Group product manager with Oracle Marketing Online and Trade Management applications within the Oracle CRM suite.Thennavan had worked at AnnuncioSoftware(acquired by Peoplesoft), an Internet Marketing Automation company. Here worked with a lot of B2C companies on their online campaign initiatives and also defined the integration with 3rd party eCommerce and analytics products to deliver a closed loop marketing solution to customers.
