Nita Kapoor is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School and has pursued her Management Programme from IIM Ahmedabad. Her professional career spans over three decades in the areas of Consumer, Brands, Brand Architecture, Brand Business Model, Channel Management and Organization Strategy. Her current profile also provides extensive exposure to Sales & Distribution with over 500 distributors and 8, 00,000 retail outlets across India. Nita oversees the entire portfolio of the tobacco brands and in the past has successfully launched Pan Vilas, mouth freshener, Fundamint, confectionary and revitalized Tea City brand. She has successfully helped these iconic brands to evolve with time and be responsible towards the changing consumers of India. She also has considerable experience on FMCG brands during her tenure in advertising. As the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Affairs and Executive Committee member in Godfrey Phillips India; a part of one of the largest business groups of India, Nita Kapoor is known for her strategic thinking, focused approach and contribution to ‘responsible brands and cause marketing’ within the organization. She believes that brands can and do make an impact in people&rsquot;s lives. Deepak Shetty has been with Moser Baer since 2002 and has played an instrumental role in the launch of Moser Baer Brand business. He has been involved in leading a team, right from designing the new look MBIL corporate logo in 2002 to launching various optical media product in CD and DVD recordable media. He has led the Sales team to create Market leadership position in Blank optical Media category within 2 years time. Currently his work passion is to do an encore in newly launched Memory Business vertical for Moser Baer. Between 2005 to 2008 he was positioned in The Netherlands to look after the business interest of Moser Baer group in Europe.

Prior to joining Huawei in early 2008, he served Alcatel-Lucent for 12 years where he headed Sales and Marketing activities for Radio & Wire-line business divisions for South Asia, besides serving European 3G carriers and enterprises during his stint at Alcatel HQ in Paris. He has been extensively involved in development of codecs for radio & optical systems in his previous stint at Philips/PKI Germany.
