Expertise encompasses in handling HR and developmental functions entailing strategic HR policy formulation and effective implementation of recruitment, training, performance management, career planning, bringing positive attitudinal Changes, IR, grievance handling, union issues and crises management,
The first half of his career exposed him thoroughly to the traditional IR management functions. This involved the transactional role and consisted of key human resource systems. In the second half of his career, he chose the transformational role of human resource management. The traditional functions were supplemented with issues of change management, competency development, employee engagement and talent retention, career and succession planning, performance management, culture building, knowledge management, contingent employment, employee morale and productivity, employee participation and pro-active IR. He has actively designed and implemented employee engagement surveys and assessment center.
