Dr. Rajendra K. Bandi is an Associate Professor of Information Systems at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Prof. Rajendra K Bandi has over 23 years of experience, both in the industry and in academia. Prior to joining IIMB, he has taught at the Colleges of Business at Florida Gulf Coast University, USA and Georgia State University, USA. Prof Bandi was also a Visiting Professor at University Carlos III of Madrid, Spain and at the Hanoi School of Business, Vietnam. His case titled "Service Delivery in Remote Customer Support: A BPO Case" received the "Best case Award" at the 16th AIMS Convention. He also received "Best Elective Award" for the course titled "Information Systems Analysis", at IIM Bangalore, and was ranked among the top 10 faculty on Executive Education Program Participants’ feedback. He is a member of the Technical Advisory Panel, Department of IT, Government of Karnataka and guides several departments in their e-governance initiatives He is currently the chairperson of ERP Implementation Committee at IIM Bangalore, and in this role is spearheading the implementation of an enterprise system for IIM Bangalore. Raghu Belur joined LifeSize Communications in July 2006 and serves as the Vice President of Engineering responsible for Engineering functions based out of India. Raghu has over 20 years of technology leadership experience in both technical and managerial roles in the US as well as in India. Raghu was responsible for the establishment of the LifeSize subsidiary in India and has led the delivery a number of innovative products that have helped establish LifeSize as an end to end provider of video communications solutions. Prior to LifeSize Raghu held a variety of technical and managerial leadership roles at Motive (now a division of Alcatel-Lucent), Tivoli Systems (now a division of IBM), Motorola and LSI Logic.
