There’s a famous chinese proverb "Women hold up half the sky". It really encourages us to appreciate and accept the fact that its the era of Women Leadership in the so called Man’s world.

Women in India have torn apart confined boxes and now it is the era of women entrepreneurs.In today's evolving business arena, every executive must be prepared to lead her organization through periods of disruptive innovation and rapid change bringing together a carefully selected group of accomplished businesswomen from around the world.

The Women's Leadership Summit advances women’s leadership across careers,cultures and continents by connecting the world’s most preeminent women of significant and diverse achievement and also to foster leadership development,facilitate professional growth, and sponsor opportunities for outreach among women in leadership roles.

In response to these trends and feedback from participants of our Women Summits from 2008 to 2011,the objectives of the 2012 Women’s Leadership Summit are to increase leadership capability.

The Women Leadership Summit is being held in the backdrop of International Women's Day, celebrating the progress women have made economically, socially and politically. This one-day Summit sees 300 corporate delegates—mid and senior level women executives working in different companies come together to celebrate the great strides women are making in their companies and in the business world.
