I only want to say that if any person is having Bechelor degree, then only this is not sufficient for his career. And to achieve better results, for being competent, for motivating one's leadership qualities and for being hired at a better job in any company, M.B.A. is very necessary. I have done B.Tech. and now I'm going to gain some job experience in some esteemed and well considered Software Multinational Company, and I know that until one has not done M.B.A., he will not be assigned any big project to work upon. And moreover, after B.Tech. I can only be recruited for any technical job, like that of Software developer, or Data Base Administrator, or in the worst case Application Programmer. But after gaining some job experience, if I'll do do an M.B.A. course then after the completetion of M.B.A., i'll definitely get a MANAGERIAL job in any software company. I hope you have understood my point, and you are fully satisfied with my answer.....

An MBA degree often comes in handy in the long run. So, if you have a PG degree in management many options are open to you.

MBA is almost a fashion today. I have even seen people who pursue MBA just for the heck of it.
Where is the authenticity of the degree here? I mean I am pursuing MBA and for me, it is different! I want this degree cause I need to learn what i can do with myself.
Joining an MNC or becoming an entrepreneur, is great!
