HR internship
i am doing project in maruti car showroom which is also having service station there. i want do project in hr so plz assist me a title which will help me out,as regards to welfare facilities the showroom is not providing any refreshing kind of thing apart from pf & incentives so only i am confused i hope this site will help me out in finding title & doing a successfull project.

i am also doing hr project in reliance bpo chennai.
i can just help u in selecting a topic in such show rooms before that u need to verify wether ur company have lot of employees or not?
if so u can do hr projects such as 1)recruitment2)training and development3)performance appraisal4)job satisfaction.
if u want to do ur project effectively, i can suggest u an advanced topic
"strategic hr management" bcoz it is the recent trends in hr.if u have any

if ur company has different types of employees it is very easy for you to prepare the questionnaire as every dept.has their own objectives.
our strategic hr management means we need to plan the HR objectives to the organisational objectives.
so, you better prepare the questionnaire and it should contain questions like
do all the employees in the organization are familiar with their objectives?
do they planned any strategy to attain the objectives?
like wise u need to prepare questionnaire. also ur questionnaire should extract the company's mission, vision. then u can proceed ur project.

in the showroom they have sufficient number of employees.but the problem is they have different dept. & the workload is different like they have sales, workshop, accounts & true value departments so what criteria should i use in order to tackle all the employees in the showroom plz assist me.

Dear Daksha Joshi, If you want to solve the minimum problems of Employees prepare Performance Appraisal format and a questionnaire open ended and closed ended and discuss and counsel them and arrive at a report and frame a new design and project. You can come out with a great solution and this solution will get placement for you also. All the Best

i think u can go for topics so specific like human capitalisation, whether hr s profit measure,competency mapping. job satisfaction s so generic,also u can go fa hw successfully the welfare activities r utilized.
