I am working as s/w Engineer. and I am interest to doing MBA for better salary? If I am join any renowned organization such as IIM, FMS, IMT or XLRI for the executive program or Should i go for regular MBA ?

Buddy it depends on your work experience now a days, if you have a work ex of over 3 years executive MBA will be a better option if you are able to get into some good institute.
