Dear Jagriti, there are many institutes offering earn-learn programs. There are few things that you need to make sure before you join the college. 1st and foremost is the affiliation, any college providing earn-learn will not be AICTE approved. However you need to make sure that its atleast UGC & DEC approved. 2nd thing is check the corporate connect of the college, last placement records, speak to some students etc.

There is one BSchool which has structured continuous internship as a part of curriculum. After every 4 week of classes one week is spend in a business unit. This continues for the whole duaration of the program. Usually the students work with the top managers or entrepreneurs. Nearly 6 months of real life work experience with MBA!
