We keep jobs online for 60 days or unless informed by the company that
job has been filled and company is no longer interviewing for the

Our goal is to list all jobs for a company irrespective of where jobs
are advertised first. When a job is submitted by any of our users or
company representative, as long as we can confirm that it?s a current
job opening, it will be listed on the company page here.
For a select number of jobs, with the job listing we show how much
money we will pay to candidate if they attend the interview. Candidates
can apply for these jobs by registering with siliconindia.com and
uploading their resume. Our expert recruiters will shortlist some
candidates for company to review. If company decides to interview a
candidate, we will pay the amount as ?expense paid? to candidate after
the interview.
An expense for interview is paid to all the candidates who go for
interview on time and candidate resume is a true reflection of his/her
work experience. Passing or failing the interview is not a requirement
for the interview expenses to be paid.
Our biggest difference is that we never give access to our database of
candidates to recruiters. Candidates can search for suitable jobs on
our site and apply or we may invite some candidates to apply for
certain jobs. Unless a candidate decides to apply for a job, hiring
company can see his/her resume or any other information. This allows
experienced professionals to keep looking for suitable opportunity
without any risk of their current employer finding out or any chance of
getting cold calls from all kind of recruitment companies.
