Book review
The story of the interaction of various civilization from ancient times to the present has been told in bits and pieces in hundreds of works.

India and World civilization puts these peices together into a co-ordinated whole - a synthesis of the original resarch of numerous authorities, including scientists, philosophers, historians, linguists, archaeologists and anthropologists - woven into a wider historical context. Indeed, this very synthesis is in itself a highly original work.

'It will win the acclamation of scholars throughout the world, and bring you honour in many fields of learning.' - A. L Basham
