This double set album is a collection of the original compositions of the legend Tansen, who came to be known as the monarch on Indian music. The album displays a variety of thoughts that inspired Tansen. The text contains subjects like Philology or Linguistics, Literary appreciation, Life, love, nature and Theoretical concepts of music and their understanding. The renditions in this album feature both the vocal technique of Dhrupad and Khayal style of singing.
