Arvind Gupta heads the Business Intelligence and Enterprise Performance Management Practice at 3i Infotech. He has worked for companies such as Citibank and Oracle Corporation, USA, and management consulting firm, Ernst & Young, USA, and has also consulted major Fortune 500 companies around the world. Gupta was also on the Board of Directors of apnacard.com, and e-enable technologies, New Delhi, before it became a subsidiary of 3i Infotech. His areas of expertise include e-Commerce, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain Management and Technology Strategy & Planning. He is an active member of TiE and Nasscom.

Gupta is an electronics engineering graduate from the Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University (IT-BHU). He has subsequently completed his Masters in Computer Science and MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA and also holds a Ph.D in Technology Management.

2)Indira Munjuluri
CoE & Operations Head, Business Intelligence & Performance Management (BI & PM) Practice, Satyam
Indira Munjuluri has 19 years of experience in the IT industry with a strong background in Center of Excellence Management and Operations Management. Munjuluri is the Steering Committee Member of the Business Intelligence group in Satyam as a key technocrat and a leader in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing.

She keeps a tab on the latest technology trends in the BI & PM space with deep understanding on BI & DW technologies deployed at customers sites. This expertise has helped customers manage and drive various technology initiatives successfully and prepare as well as roll-out roadmaps to help align customer’s technology vision with the BI vision. As the CoE Head with strong understanding of various technologies, Munjuluri has been at the crux of providing technology directions and recommending the appropriate hardware and software to customer organizations. She is also involved in peer group mentoring of members on various aspects of the DW & BI technology like ETL, OLAP and Analytics.   As the Operations Head, Munjuluri takes care of the complete delivery and resource operations for the BI & PM practice, globally.

3) Rajeev Raghunath 
Advisory Board Member, Creative Probers
Rajeev Raghunath is Advisory board member for Creative Probers, enabling the company to reach new heights.  Prior to CP, Raghunath has held well-acclaimed positions in firms like Oracle India and Oracle Redwoodshores. He also held responsibility of a Director of the Global Marketing Shared Services Division from 2003 to 2008.
As the Manager of the Global Services Division, Raghunath led various projects including projects for Fortune 500 companies doing Consulting services from Oracle India. From 2001 to 2003, the MBA graduate Raghunath was a part of the Applications development team at Oracle HQ.
Raghunath did his Executive General Management Program from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore also has Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from T.A. Pai Institute of Management, India. He also has a Bachelors in Engineering from Bangalore university to his credit and is also a certified Project Management professional (PMP) from PMI USA.

4) (Dr.) Gopala Krishna Chitta

"Gopala Krishna Chitta, as Founder and CEO of INSTA, formulates strategic goals for the company and leads corporate initiatives. The company provides techno consulting solutions to clients globally.
Chitta has more than 25 years of software industry experience. His profile is a mix of strategy and execution in a variety of functional areas. He is also the driver of development of new products and services. Prior to this, Chitta was with Satyam Computer Services, and had spent over 6 years in various senior management positions with the primary responsibility of managing the business and global delivery management.
He had also spent a year as Vice President and Head Operations with a Dotcom start-up company and built the organization from scratch and gave it a strategic and business focus.
Chitta is a certified management consultant from Institute of Management Consultants of India. He is also a Chapter member of IMCI, Hyderabad and a Charter Member of TiE, Hyderabad. Chitta has an MBA in Strategic Management from Osmania University and is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Strategic Management with research in Corporate Governance."
He has published lot of research papers in leading magazines and conferences and is also on the advisory panel of various organisations for strategic initiatives.
