Write explanatory note on " Congratulation"!

You can expect someone to say to you "congratulations" or write you a card
that says "congratulations" on very special and few occasions, for instance, a
marriage, birth of a child, graduation, a raise or promotion, a job well done.
When someone says congratulations (it's like a pat on the back or
acknowledgment) all you say in return is "thank you". It is not proper to
write them back and there is no reason or need to say anything more.
