Why do HR people put candidates for a psychometric test?
I happened to attend an interview where they wanted me to go for a psychometric test.A questionnaire
actually for management category was put in front of me and i was wondering why should i do this? My job
has got nothing to do with managerial psychometric analysis and i really felt awkward.Is it really going
to work?You cannot be honest for such tests.You got to lie.Is that the strategy which they want the
employees to follow?what is all this nonsense?
