What kind of people do these companies need?
The same questionnaire.the same test for letter drafting, the same excel sheet calculation.What exactly
are these companies aiming at?Some complicated problems for the post of executive assistant who really
works as a supportive staff? Are they testing the proficiency of candidates if they are experts in MS
packages.If so they can go for another job.

they did not work while you do the job.
