The first thing is, you should belive yourself your have got uncountable
memory by birth. Now start doing the work by mind, insted of using enlectronic
stuffs. Act like a smart person infront of others next day mail me the changes
happened within you..

1. Take a overview in 10 minutes of whole day at evening of the same day.
2.
Thinking of any task.

Just few tips:
1. At night, just before sleeping, try to memorize all your
day activities one by one.
2. Dont use your phone to store numbers, try to
memorize them.
