Is it possible that this bill may be passed, like all nonsenses that are
nowadays coming out of the Indian Parliament. However, it shall be another
tragedy for the nation. Only the unfit demand reservation. Even among the
lower castes, basically the unfit get use of reservation. What is required is
means for quality improvement, and not a route for unfit to adorn evevated
positions.
Quality women do not need such diabolic rights. Interested
