The USA has listed for us a pyramid food guide and if I adhere to it, my
weight is normal by their standards, I have energy and look healthy, my blood
test shows low cholesterol my urine test is clear, and no problems and my
blood pressure is fine, then my doctor and I decide I am healthy.
