We are getting ready-made food for centuries, but, today we are getting junk &
burnt food in the name of readymade, which are definitely harmful.

"Good for Health" is a subjective term....

However, In general, Packed-Food
from a known brands do follow set guidelines from individual law-of-land
(country's Government body, who define & control such norms, say BIS) and are
safe if consumed in proper-way (i.e. under the expiry date, stored &
transported in defined norms, and consumed as per guidelines)...

However
the effect of the food is depend on individual body...

Does it satisfy your
query? or do you need any more information in this regard?

If you want to avoid cooking and have no problem in shelling money and want
safe food packaged foods are a better alternative. However packaged junk foods
must be avoided.

Dal Makhani, being my favorite dish, i picked up one pack of the same dish by
all 2 brands, namely MTR Dal Makhani & ITC Dal Bukhara I tried the ITC Dal
Bukhara the first day since i had heard so much about it. It was thick and had
good consistency but had a strong taste of garlic, like it was overloaded.
After eating just a half bowl, i felt like puking and my stomach felt so full.
Maybe, they tried too hard to make it richer, thereby making it unsuitable for
one to consume.
2nd day, I tried MTR.. It was thin and ugly. I realized soon
that it was a south indian’s attempt at making good north indian.. well,
sorry guys! You got this one terribly wrong. The packet was thrown without any
consumption.
