Not at all as they are loaded with sugar.Infact the fresh juices are also
forbidden as they provide instant sugar in form of fructose and thus tax
pancreas to produce more insulin. Whole fruits though in controled

check with your doctor since fruit juice may have sugar in it that might not
be good for people with diabetes. Your doctor "might" tell you to eat just
the fruit instead.
