some are the qualities which r by birth like leadership, monitoring and
observation. But the important thing above all is to polish and develop them
time to time with ur trust and confidence with the help ur past experiences.

Nothing is there as such inborn quality, everything grows within you from the
environment, some gets it from childhood and others have to go search, develop
it for your betterment... Its you who shoud have the trust and confidence to
learn and adopt yourself into to something called quality... this is what i
think :-)
