Is it true that employers are searching social network sites before
recruitment?
One of the recent posts i read today says employers check social network sites before recruiting fresh
candidates.They are selected even after taking into account the pics and all.What if i had put a picture
of mine with a cigarette and beer bottle in my hand? will they think am a drunkard and a smoker?We
express and have fun in such sites besides showing our talents,or posting articles of our choice. we will
be with groups who have similar interests.Our work life is totally different from all this and instead of
viewing the negative face why not they expect the candidate to have certain positive qualities.Recession
had inflated the brains of our HR group or what?
