Internal references by employees for job openings is the main cause?
Companies opt for employing candidates through internal reference.The person who has referred the right
candidate will be paid a fair amount.In most of the interviews many candidates attended the recruitment
was done this way.Unfortunately the person who is employed leaves the company within 6 months.I had the
same experience with two companies who recruited on internal reference and they left.What do you think?Is
this the right approach?
