Internal references by employees for job openings is the main cause?
Companies opt for employing candidates through internal reference.The person who has referred the right
candidate will be paid a fair amount.In most of the interviews many candidates attended the recruitment
was done this way.Unfortunately the person who is employed leaves the company within 6 months.I had the
same experience with two companies who recruited on internal reference and they left.What do you think?Is
this the right approach?

joining and leaving the company is at the prerogative of the employee,
companies cant do any anything. Getting employees through internal references
could just be a matter of convenience or cost saving. regards.
