It is a debatable topic. I have been working with the same company for about 3
and a half years after my college. Frankly speaking your mental satisfaction
is the only thing for which you should look after. Point is not only to switch
just because of more money. It must be coz of knowledge/fame/reputation. My
job only gives some thousands per month but for my knowledge I have been
involved in writing articles/tips to many technical sites(I.T./Microsoft) of
course as a beginner :). You will never be satisfied with any company so go
for one which at least has some repo in business world/clients/people/stock
market. That can give you better money + more exposure that will help you in
your career/future.

this is a very good and unanswerable question, but as per my past experience-i
feel that to get the good job-along with knowledge,confidence,experience there
is requirement for refernce.
and second option is that-work in any growing
company and after 6 months or 1 year switch over to your dream company.......
