How is Lumen ERP (Recruitment system)
I want to know opinion about Lumen Recruitment System ? i saw the demo and was quite impressed by the
features they have in , even the price was quite competitive i want to know about later on service and
other product releated services and alternatives to lumen recruitment software ? and feedback from lumen
users

We are using lumen in CBS, and it is a wonderful software, one of the feature
i have enjoyed is that it fetches resume from all over the world using some
google thing i believe even if we remove the ATS concept of lumen it is still
a very useful software you can use it as an alternative to naukri or monster
or hirecraft or taleo this is like combination of everything but you have to
be trained well for it

Well you have dig gold, get it installed ASAP, we too use it in our
organisation it is very hard to get lumen installed in your organisation but
if you got the demo and they are installing it do it quickly without any
delays
