This may be because of
1 Confusion : "You are not specific to anything in
your life, want to do something else but doing else or forced to do else may
be because of Social needs like eating ,shelter,cloth etc, means your interest
does not match your activities so you have low memory toward that area, to
overcome it there are two ways out, either find interest whatever you doing or
do what you like, may be you earn or get less but you will be mentally
satisfied and will not have any confusion and will like to remember the things
and you will even try to recap these things as a part of your attitude than
the simple matters or aspects"

2 Stress/Hypertension: This is a mental
disorder due to some fear or health problem, to avoid it take care well of
your health be scheduled toward sleep and work and physical activities.Have a
healthy food and try to go for some exercise like simply Gym,yoga,dance
classes etc.This will keep you mind and body fit and will lead to healthy life
style as well.

There are two kinds of memory, one is the subject that you read but forget --
You write on paper and try to understand the fact to overcome this desease ,
but another is that you keep one item and forget it to remind where you kept
it. In this case you should make a reasonable schedule along with a list of
certain item and try to follow this strictly.
