Do you really think CM Chavan is a capable CM in MH?
Mumbai Police and adm services seem to behave like direction less and lack of confidence. Isn't it a
failure of Chief Minister and MH govt.

its not right to intimate one person is the main reason. govt is not by a
single man or woman. it by group. the wrong thing is not only on him many
corruption is there like in security, politics, etc,...
