What is Production support ?...what is the nature of work ...of Production support team in MNC...??..Is
it like Tech support..?..will this job profile help in future career....plz let me know asap..

It is like give support to ur users or clients. monitor jobs, resolving
issues, maintaining good SLA,monitor the system..future for support jobs are
depend upon your platform..for example mainframes,peoplesoft,SAP are good.I am
working in peoplesoft production support and give support to global team.

need to tell one thing for 1 or 2 years this support jobs are good after that
you are getting bore on this..

now the same thing happend to me.
