Hi production support means there is a project or a product in release mode
and we have to give all type of support for example deploying the code.
resolving the bugs. this is one of the most painful task. means some times we
may have to give 24 hours service.

There are many area in Production support. 1st one is enginerring task,2nd
designing task,3rd is labour task and plz specify in which area u want to
know.
