When i have inferiority complex i feel de-motivated to do any task and at the same time if i have superiority complex about myself then i will feel others are inferior. so best way i fell is treating all of them equally and doing all work with self confidence..there by i will be happy about myself and others working with me will be happy too working with me. I think you should have a little bit of both. Coz though ur talented n have performed still posing a simple attitude then people will surpass u. But if u show ur superiority it a different story. In places were u dont know anything its better show inferiority again a different story. I think you need to know how to balance both.
