When i have inferiority complex i feel de-motivated to do any task and at the
same time if i have superiority complex about myself then i will feel others
are inferior.
so best way i fell is treating all of them equally and doing
all work with self confidence..there by i will be happy about myself and
others working with me will be happy too working with me.
Everything is easy
to say but it needs lot of practise..Yoga and Meditation helps us a lot to
lead this kind of life :)

Superiority complex better than inferiority complex.
Because by first stated,
one can fulfill any task with
some ego. But by second stated, nothing can be
done by the individual as this inferiority complex suppress his actions to be
taken

Both the complexes are two sides of the same coin. One who has inferiority
complex is always insecure and tries to look down others by being a culprit of
superiority complex. - Mukund Taksale

Complex of Inferiority/Superiority is SOCIETY assesment, by Friends, Parents,
relatives and many others opining on repeated manifested actions/behavior of
Individual, adopted as TRUE SELF OPINION by Individual Concerned.
One can
Change Good to BAD Or Bad to Good nature based on one's own INTENSIONS, if one
is opting own FREE WILL not to be imprizoned by Society Opinion.

This feeling of inferiority occurs in everybody, some time or the other. It is
quite normal and natural to have this feeling. There is nothing wrong in it.
There are times when an individual may be able to overcome the feeling of
inferiority, but it may also be resurfaced once certain new needs
develop.

The feeling of inferiority develops due to the innate human
tendency of striving for superiority. Each and every individual strives for
superiority. This tendency is so overwhelming that as soon as there is some
obstruction that comes in between the person and his/her needs then he/she
begins to feel inferior.

I think you should have a little bit of both. Coz though ur talented n have
performed still posing a simple attitude then people will surpass u. But if u
show ur superiority it a different story. In places were u dont know anything
its better show inferiority again a different story. I think you need to know
how to balance both. If you can't then there is only one thing being humble
which I follow.
